PROFESSIONAL SERVICE TECHNICIANS

We are currently recruiting the "best of the best" in the weighing industry. We are one of the most progressive weighing equipment suppliers in the country. We realize the value of having the "best of the best" in our service organization and we are willing to pay you for it. Scale Source® is also currently offering a twelve week program for all newly hired Service Technicians. This paid training is held primarily in our Omaha, Nebraska office, with a week at your home base office between every two week session.

INDUSTRIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVES

We are currently seeking aggressive and motivated industrial sales representatives to sell industrial scales and electronic weighing systems. Five+ years sales experience in the industrial market REQUIRED. Two year degree in sales or marketing required, and computer/networking experience is a plus. Salary commensurate with experience.

SERVICE COORDINATORS

This position is responsible for coordinating all the customer-related activities related to performing service and service related tasks and functions.
Specific duties include:

Schedules and dispatches all service technicians for regular, planned and emergency service work.

Coordinate with the Sales Department all aspects of new equipment installation and start-ups.

Coordinate all aspects of warranty related issues including parts, labor, administration, etc.

Maintain service contract records.

Complete service request forms, purchase orders and work orders, as needed.

Verify work orders after completion of service or installation work.

Assist the Sales and Service Departments with marketing efforts.

Skills and Abilities: Candidate must have strong organizational skills, interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate a variety of tasks simultaneously. Candidate should be computer literate and proficient with Word/Excel and other Microsoft office applications and willing to learn new programs. Candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to communicate the basics of technical tasks and problems relating to services provided in the scale industry after training. Candidate must have a working knowledge of the local geography in order to schedule and dispatch service technicians in the most efficient manner. A BS degree in a technical discipline suggested.
Compensation: Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
