Who
is ScaleSource.Com?
In brief, Scale Source®
is a specialized international distributor of weighing
equipment for a wide variety of businesses, retail
and industrial. We have a presence in many countries
throughout the world and carry a wide variety of scale
products. These include but are not limited to floor
scales, digital indicators, load cells and load cell
systems, checkweighers and bench scales, retail counter
scales, batching/filling controls, counting scales,
hazardous area scales, general purpose scales, truck
and railroad scales, drumfilling, livestock scales,
crane scales and scale printers; along with scale
replacement parts, and installation and service of
these products. Scale Source®
adds value to what it sells, by providing our customers
with excellent service and all with a friendly, helpful
attitude!
Where
is ScaleSource.Com located?
The home of Scale Source®
is located in a small town named Ledbetter. Ledbetter
is nestled in the Western tip of Kentucky. Paducah,
our next door neighbor, is less than five minutes
away. We are approximately 130 miles northwest of
Nashville, and 170 miles southeast of St. Louis. There
are two other locations we operate from. One is located
just outside of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, in a small
town named Yukon. The other location is in Sikeston,
Missouri. Sikeston is approx. 40 miles south of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri.
Why
doesn't the "Search Our Site" feature retrieve
the scale I typed in?
"Search Our Site" searches our general website for information.
We feature information about new products, company information
and services, news, etc. Think of it as interactive product
literature. Since our website is located in two different
locations on the Internet, it is not possible for this search
to bring back all the information from both the scale products
catalog and our general website. If you cannot find what
you are looking for in our site search, don't give up! Try
clicking on the "Select A Scale Product" Link
and follow the instructions to find the particular scale

OUR SCALE PRODUCTS:
If
I can't find a scale product in your catalog, does that
mean you don't have it?
Absolutely not! Not all of the scales and scale parts we
carry are listed in our online catalog. Due to the large
number of manufacturers we are a distributor for, it is
next to impossible to keep ALL of them for sale online -
meanwhile keeping all the information current. So if you
can't find it online, please contact us and we will be happy
to help you find what you are looking for!
Do
you ship internationally?
Yes, we do provide our non-U.S. customers with international
shipping. These orders may take slightly longer to process,
as they require export documentation, and additional order
verification procedures.
Are
there minimum quantities on scales and/or scale parts?
No, ScaleSource.Com does not require a minimum quantity
for scales or scale parts.
What happens when a scale or a part I ordered is placed
on backorder?
ScaleSource.Com makes every effort to provide its customers
with the inventory they have requestedMost backorders are
filled within 30 days. All other scales or parts within
your order will ship out immediately. Every effort is made
to get the scale or scale parts to our customers as quickly
as possible. If you have a question about an order you have

Do
you accept returns?
Yes, subject to our Return Materials Authorization terms:
All return claims must be made within ten (10) days of
shipment date. After that date, only the manufacturer's
warranty is effective; All returned items must be received
in new condition with all manuals, parts, accessories and
paperwork intact and in original packaging; Customer assumes
all shipping fees. Shipping charges are not refundable;
Defective items will be replaced without charge. Please
